    Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has adopted for advertising the abovementioned Structure Plan (SP) for the purposes of:

    Guiding future subdivision and development of the subject sites for industrial purposes at Lots 51, 76, 1602 & 9000 Neville Hyder Drive and Lots 11, 17, 50, 205, 300 & 9501 Vasse Highway, Yalyalup.

    Details of the proposal are available under the Application Documents, or they are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and can be accessed via the computers at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.

    Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond. In certain instances, your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.

    The City of Busselton writes to advise a structure plan amendment has been lodged to the Vasse Structure Plan (VSP) to guide the future residential subdivision and development of Lot 221 Northerly Street and Lot 461 Florence Road, Vasse.

    The VSP has been amended from time to time as subdivision of the overall estate has progressed, with Lots 221 and 461 being the last portion of land within the area identified for development. The purpose of the amendment is for:

    Pursuant to the Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on the draft Proposed Vasse Structure Plan (Amendment 1) - Lots 9564 & 9565 Northerly Street Vasse.

    The proposal is to modify the endorsed Vasse Structure Plan (2021) to realign Northerly Street to reduce regional traffic flow through the estate and reprioritisation local traffic to Yebble Drive and Harlequin Boulevard. The modified road network will support the regional traffic usage from Northerly Street to the Busselton Bypass, while continuing to provide access for local traffic and users of Cape Naturalise College and the new Dawson primary school.
