Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purposes of:
Rezoning the land from Industrial Development to Urban Development
The rezoning will enable the future subdivision of the land for residential development.
The City is welcoming comments on the proposed amendment with the proposal open for community consultation from 11th June 2025 and closes 23rd July 2025. Both the amendment and associated structure plan DP24/0006 are being advertised concurrently, however separate submissions will be required if wishing to make comment on both plans.
The documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the right-hand side of this page and hard copies have been deposited at the City offices, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton, viewable during office hours.
THIS AMENDMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND IT SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED THAT FINAL APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED.
