STRUCTURE PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

PROPOSED AMENDMENT No. 8 – DUNSBOROUGH LAKES STRUCTURE PLAN, LOT 9075 WATERVILLE ROAD DUNSBOROUGH

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has adopted for advertising the abovementioned amended Structure Plan (SP) for the purpose of the proposed amendment is to modify the future zoning, subdivision and development guidance for Lot 9075 Waterville Road, Dunsborough.

Details of the proposal are available under the Application Documents, or they are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and can be accessed via the computers at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.

Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond. In certain instances, your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.
