Update 21/07/2025:

Thanks to community feedback, the City was made aware that the naming of Zone 28 and Zone 30 needed clarifying. The map and table have been updated to reflect this. The zones now read:

Zone 28 Bay View Cr Dunsborough (Vincent Street)- No proposed changes.

Zone 30 Old Dunsborough (Bay View Cr Dunsborough)

The zone numbers and proposed change/no change remains the same, the name is the only update. Officers will take this into consideration when reviewing feedback.

The Tails of the City project is a City of Busselton initiative focused on enhancing animal management practices through broad community participation.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our initial survey in August 2024 and attended workshops in April 2025. Your feedback has helped shape:

  • The City’s first draft Animal Management Plan (AMP)
  • Proposed updates to Dog Beach Exercise Areas

Now, we’re inviting you to review and provide feedback on both projects before they go to Council for endorsement later this year.
