*NOTE: THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS RELATE TO HAVING DRIVEN/CYCLED ON THE FOLLOWING ROADS WITHIN THE LAST FEW MONTHS: Vasse Yallingup Siding Road, Commonage Road, Hayes Road, Layman Road, Marrinup Drive, or Mewett Road, and Biddle Road). 

These roads feature one or both of the following roadside signage:

• interactive cyclist ahead signage (two flashing lights are triggered by sensors that detect cyclists, warning motorists to expect cyclists ahead) and 
• static signs that use symbols for “cyclist ahead” and “maintain safe passing distance”
