Share the Regional Road

In partnership with the Commonwealth’s Road Safety Innovation Fund grant scheme, the Share the Regional Road project aims is to measure the impact of roadside signage types in activating awareness of cyclists on rural roads.

In September and October this year, the City ran a survey to evaluate if the signage has an impact on cyclists’ perception of safety whilst sharing the road with vehicles. and if the signage improved driver awareness of cyclists on the road.

The survey closed on 16 October 2022.
