Closed 26 September 2022: Future Planning for the Dunsborough Town Centre: Precinct Structure Plan and Amendment 52

The City of Busselton has prepared the abovementioned Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and Scheme Amendment (AMD 52) for the purposes of:

  • PSP – planning for the strategic growth and development of the Dunsborough Town Centre and immediately adjoining residential area, to guide future zoning, subdivision and development.
  • AMD 52 – to enact recommendations of the PSP relating to zoning, land use and development standards for built form.

Across August and September, the City sought public submissions for these proposals. Council adopted the PSP and AMD 52 for final approval in December 2022.
