LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - CITY OF BUSSELTON PARKING LOCAL LAW 2020
Notice of Proposed Parking Local Law 2020
Notice is hereby given under section 3.12(3) that the City of Busselton proposes to make the City of Busselton Parking Local Law 2020 the purpose and effect of which is as follows:
Purpose: To regulate and control the movement and parking of vehicles throughout the district.
Effect: To provide a well-regulated parking environment for all persons in the district.
A copy of the local law is available to view under the document library or a hard copy may be inspected or obtained at the City's Administration Building, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and at any public library within the City of Busselton during normal opening hours.
Submissions about the proposed local law can be made online by accessing the online submission form below or submission will be received by the Chief Executive Officer, Locked Bag 1, Busselton until no later than 14 October 2020.
