RE-VISION - develop a collective vision for the future
What is your vision for the future of the Dunsborough Town Centre? We require answers which particularly focus on:
- The strengths & important attributes of the Dunsborough Town Centre (eg, pedestrian friendly, diverse commercial offerings, attractive public spaces)
- The unique & special qualities of Dunsborough (eg, laid-back atmosphere, connection to the coast)
- The kind of experiences that you want to be able to have (eg, places to live in the centre, family friendly spaces, street closures for events, more nightlife etc).

In 2011 a vision for the Dunsborough Town Centre was adopted in the City’s Local Commercial Planning Strategy, which included:
- District centre/ village atmosphere
- Interaction with coastal/ seaside location
- Cohesive seaside design theme, improved aesthetics
- Tourist friendly, pedestrian friendly
- Vibrant, mixed-use
- Informal, ‘laid back’
- A green and landscaped streetscape, linked to natural areas
- A place to shop where diverse and quality products are available
