DP24/0008 - Dunsborough East Structure Plan - LOTS 2 & 3 Mewett Road, Lot 12 Genoli Road and Lot 11, 22 and 726 Commonage Road Quindalup
The City of Busselton advises a structure plan has been lodged for Lots 2 and 3 Mewett Road, Lot 12 Genoli Road and Lot 11, 22 and 726 Commonage Road Quindalup to guide future subdivision, dwelling density and land uses within the area.
The City is inviting comments on the proposed structure plan with community consultation open from 9 September 2026 and closing 21 October 2026. Both the structure plan and associated Scheme Amendment No. 62: https://yoursay.busselton.wa.gov.au/amd21-0062 are being advertised concurrently, however separate submissions will be required if you wish to comment on both plans.
The documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the right-hand side of this page and can be viewed at the City's offices, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton, during office hours.
THIS AMENDMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND IT SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED THAT FINAL APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED.
