Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on a draft Structure Plan - Lots 242 - 244, 301 - 303, 1245 - 1247 and Lot 1249 Kookaburra Way Vasse

The draft Local Structure Plan provides a basis for the future subdivision of Lots 242-244 (and indicatively, Lots 301-303, 1245-1247 and 1249) Kookaburra Way, Vasse.

The proposal shows –

• An internal road network that integrates with Stonebridge Estate; and
• A landscape and drainage reserve to the north;

that will facilitate the development of approximately 120 lots.

If you do not have access to the internet, the proposal is available for viewing at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.
