The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Childcare Centre and Educational Establishment (Additional classroom, office, toilet block and increase number of students from 100 to 180) - Special Control Area

In considering an application for development approval, the local government shall have due regard to the matters to be considered under cl 67 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (Deemed Provisions) and apply the principles of orderly and proper planning.
