In considering an application for development approval, the local government shall have due regard to the matters to be considered under cl 67 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (Deemed Provisions) and apply the principles of orderly and proper planning.

Details of the proposal are available under the Application Documents, or they are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and can be accessed via the computers at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.
