The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
PROPERTY: Lot 102 (46) Stanley Place BUSSELTON WA
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Tourist and Visitor Accommodation (Use not listed)
The proposed ‘Tourist and visitor accommodation’ development consists of the following elements:
A two-storey building with a height of approximately 6.2m and a building footprint of approximately 60sqm
Two units (one unit per floor)
A maximum of eight guests at any time (four guests per unit)
A 49sqm outdoor area
In considering an application for development approval, the local government shall have due regard to the matters to be considered under cl 67 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (Deemed Provisions) and apply the principles of orderly and proper planning.
Details of the proposal are available under the Application Documents, or they are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and can be accessed via the computers at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.
