PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Tourist and Visitor Accommodation (Use not listed)

The proposed ‘Tourist and visitor accommodation’ development consists of the following elements:

• A two-storey building with a height of approximately 6.2m and a building footprint of approximately 60sqm
• Two units (one unit per floor)
• A maximum of eight guests at any time (four guests per unit)
• A 49sqm outdoor area

In considering an application for development approval, the local government shall have due regard to the matters to be considered under cl 67 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (Deemed Provisions) and apply the principles of orderly and proper planning.
