The City of Busselton has received a development application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

A Development (planning) Application has been received for a “display home” including associated car park and signage. A “Display Home” is not a land use listed under Table 1 - Zoning Table of the City of Busselton Local Planning Scheme No. 21 and therefore is required to be assessed as a “Used Not Listed” and is required to be advertised in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015 as a ‘Complex Application”.
The development application proposes a dwelling that will be used as a display home, a carpark and sign.
The dwelling has been assessed against State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes and proposes the following discretion to the deemed-to-comply criteria –
Clause 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks
Wall (garage) on the lot northern boundary in lieu of a 1m setback.
