PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Use Not Listed (Independent Living Complex)
The proposed development consists of the following elements:
- 214 dwellings designed for persons aged over 55
- Communal facilities
- Access and egress from Cockatoo Loop
- Egress to Rendezvous Road
The application will be determined under the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 by the Regional Development Assessment Panel. If you make a submission, you will be advised in writing of the date and time of the determination meeting.
