The City of Busselton has received a Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: Lot 173 (No 652) Geographe Bay Road BROADWATER WA 6280

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Caravan Park (8 Chalets, Office/Check-in and Car Parking)

The proposed development consists of the following elements:

• Removal of 8x existing chalets within the frontage of the site and replaced with 8x two storey chalets including 1 accessible chalet.
• A new office/check-in facilities including an office, toilet, store and a meeting room at second level.
• Additional 23 car parking bays provided.

The application will be determined under the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 by the Regional Development Assessment Panel. If you make a submission, you will be advised in writing of the date and time of the determination meeting.
