The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: Lot 1758 & 1757 Gulberti Road and Lot 61 Ludlow Hithergreen Road Ruabon
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Industry - Extractive (Gravel)

The City previously advertised the development application in April this year. Following this initial advertising period, amended information has been submitted by the applicant. As a result the development application is being re-referred to parties that made a submission during the previous consultation period as well as landowners of properties within 1km of the development sites.

Material is proposed to be extracted from Lot 1758 (No 161) Gulberti Road and hauled through 1757 (No 49) Gulberti Road to Lot 61 (No 755) Ludlow-Hithergreen Road where it is proposed to be crushed and screened before being transported off site via Ludlow-Hithergreen Road.
