Consultation has concluded

The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: 26 & 28 GEOGRAPHE BAY ROAD, DUNSBOROUGH; AND 23 & 25 LORNA STREET, DUNSBOROUGH
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT (MULTIPLE DWELLINGS & RESTAURANT / CAFE)

Proposed four storey mixed use development including Restaurant/Café, 34 apartments (including residence gym), 46 car parking bays and 5 motor cycle bays.

Due to the estimated cost of the development being in excess of $10 million the application will be determined by the Development Assessment Panel.

Details of the proposal are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.

If you do not have access to the internet or a computer, the proposal is available for viewing and completing a submission on-line at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; or alternatively at the Busselton or Dunsborough Libraries.
