Consultation has concluded

A number of semi-permanent ‘pop-up stalls’ are due to be installed on the Busselton Foreshore between the Equinox and the new foreshore adventure playground in early 2019. The new installs are part of the master planning for the Busselton Foreshore.

The overall vision of the pop-up stalls is to provide an additional product offering at the Busselton Foreshore, increase visitation to the area, create vibrancy and activate the space. This will be achieved by providing an opportunity for local suppliers/ producers/ business owners to operate out of the stalls on a seasonal basis, under a licence or permit agreement.

The proposed operations may include the sale or provision of goods and/or gourmet produce or tourism type merchandise.

The proposed operations are not to compete with existing establishments and their offerings on the foreshore, including the Goose Café, Equinox or the proposed brewery.

It is proposed the operating hours of the pop-up stalls would be:

During school term October to December
Open on weekends at a minimum
During school holidays December to February
Open as many days of the week as possible and weekends (minimum of weekends)
During school term February to April
Open on weekends at a minimum and all long weekends
During school holidays April
Open as many days of the week as possible and weekends (minimum of weekends)
