Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Busselton has adopted the abovementioned Structure Plan (SP) and Scheme Amendment (AMD 55) for the purposes of:

  • SP – guiding future zoning, subdivision and development of Lots 4, 12 and 402 Caves Road and Lots 14 and 15 Bussell Highway, Abbey, known as ‘Abbey South’.
  • AMD 55 – to providing the appropriate zoning to enact recommendations of the SP.

Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions close on 17th March 2023. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right hand side of this page and hard copies have been deposited at the City Offices, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.

THIS AMENDMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND IT SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED THAT FINAL APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED.
