Update 21 June 2021

The City of Busselton wishes to thank all who were involved in the recent review of the Strategic Community Plan, the feedback we received from the community played a key part in our review process.

On 9 June 2021 Council adopted the modified Strategic Community Plan 2021-2030, a guiding document for the City and community over the next 10 years.

The Plan can be viewed on the City’s website, or in person at the Civic Centre or City Libraries.

The City's Draft Strategic Community Plan 2021-2031 is now available for comment.

The Draft Strategic Community Plan 2021-2031 is the result of two important community engagement programs that were rolled out in June and October last year.

During those months, we asked you what you wanted for your community. We asked you for your thoughts about what the City was doing well and what we needed to do to improve. We also asked you to tell us what you enjoyed about living here, how you would describe your perfect City of Busselton, and what you thought Council's priorities should be.

After thinking about your feedback and reviewing the City's current strategic directions a revised strategic community plan has been developed.

Council now wants to know what you think of the Draft Strategic Community Plan 2021-2031.

Being involved is important, as once the Draft is adopted, it will guide the direction of Council's decisions.

To provide your feedback please download and read the plan before completing our short survey.
