DRAFT LOCAL PLANNING POLICY – LPP EXEMPT DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, Council has adopted, for the purposes of community consultation the LPP Exempt Development on the 13th May 2020.
LPP Exempt Development
The draft Policy seek to:
Establish additional exemptions for development from requiring a development approval in addition to the exemptions already applicable under the Planning and Development Regulations 2015 and the City of Busselton Local Planning Scheme No.21; and
Streamline the land use planning regulatory process and ensure acceptable development outcomes are maintained.
Please register online and complete the survey to make a submission regarding this proposal on or before Wednesday 24 June 2020.
