Consultation has concluded
The City has a statutory requirement to broadly advertise this public notice.
The City is required to periodically review all of its local laws. Four local laws will be reviewed in the next six months – the Property Local Law 2010 (as amended), Airport Local Law 2012 (as amended), Holiday Homes Local Law 2012 (as amended), and Cat Local Law 2014.

Depending on the outcome of the public consultation and review, amendments may be proposed to each local law individually, with further public notice of the changes to be provided.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995
CITY OF BUSSELTON LOCAL LAW REVIEW
Notice is hereby given under section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Busselton proposes to review the following laws:
- Local Government Property Local Law 2010 (as amended)
- Airport Local Law 2012 (as amended)
- Holiday Homes Local Law 2012 (as amended)
- Cat Local Law 2014
Copies of the local laws may be inspected via the document library on this page, at the City’s Administration Office located at Southern Drive, Busselton between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, or at any public library within the City of Busselton district during normal opening hours.
Submissions about the local law can be made via the submission tab below or will be received by the Chief Executive Officer, Southern Drive, Busselton until no later than 23 March 2021.
