DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING LANDS AND HERITAGE PROPOSED CHANGE TO RESERVE PURPOSE INVITATION TO COMMENT

Notice is given of the proposal of the Department of Planning Lands and Heritage to amend the current land management purpose of the above Reserve from “Public Recreation” to “Civic and Community Use”.

The change to the Reserve purpose will also trigger an amendment to the management of the Reserve. Currently the City have management of the Reserve with power to Licence. Following a change to the Reserve purpose a new management order will be issued giving the City of Busselton power to lease and/or licence the Reserve for uses consistent with the Reserve purpose.

The location and extent of Reserve is shown edged on the plan. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposal may do so by clicking on "make a submission" below or by post or hand delivery to the City of Busselton, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton WA 6280.
