LDP24/0007 - Local Development Plan - Lot 117 (11) Dolphin Road West Busselton

DRAFT LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City of Busselton invites public comment on a draft Local Development Plan for Lot 117 (11) Dolphin Road West Busselton.

The Draft Local Development plan has been prepared consistent with condition of subdivision approval requiring the preparation and approval of a Local Development Plan over the subject land to facilitate:

1. The provisions of the City of Busselton Local Planning Scheme No.21 and State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes Volume 1 (R-Codes) are varied as detailed within the Local Development Plan.
2. All other requirements of the local planning scheme and R-Codes shall be satisfied in all other manners.

Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond. In certain instances, your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.
