DRAFT LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City of Busselton invites public comment on a draft Local Development Plan for Lots 22 & 76 Neville Hyder Drive, Yalyalup.

Lots 22 & 76 Neville Hyder Drive Yalyalup recognises the need and recent condition of subdivision approval requires the preparation of a Local Development Plan over the subject land.

The Draft Local Development Plan proposes to address the following:

1. Site coverage;
2. Setbacks;
3. Built form design outcomes to address streetscape presentation of all buildings and orientation/interface lots facing the Busselton Margaret River Airport/Neville Hyder Drive;
4. Landscaping;
5. Fencing;
6. Storage Areas;
7. Shared vehicular and pedestrian access; and
8. Site access for passenger and service vehicles.
