DRAFT LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City of Busselton invites public comment on a draft Local Development Plan forLots 1501 - 1504 Depuch Close Eagle Bay.
The Lots 1501 - 1504 Depuch Close Eagle Bay recognises the need and recent condition of subdivision approval requires the preparation of a Local Development Plan over the subject land.
The Draft Local Development Plan proposes to address the following:
Identification of developable area/habitable building exclusion area for each lot;
Identification of Significant Trees and other vegetation to bel protected and retained;
Indicative land application areas for effluent disposal (as applicable);
Location of driveway access/crossover locations (as applicable); and
Provisions relating to outbuildings and other non-habitable buildings at the rear of the lot are to be located not less than 6 metres from a habitable building
