The City is seeking submissions from ‘not for profit’ Incorporated organisations (Respondents) who are interested in leasing a vacant and undeveloped premises located at Site 7, 194 Caves Road Siesta Park (Locke Estate).
Proposals are sought for the development and operation of the Premises in accordance with the approved uses as set out in this request for EoI. Proposals must not include caravanning; camping may be permitted.
Respondents must be able to identify funding sources and demonstrate that they have a plan for obtaining the funding to allow the development of the Premises to be completed within 3 years of the commencement date of the Lease.
