2024 Project Update

Dunsborough Lakes - Pavilion

Council has now endorsed the location of the Dunsborough Lakes Sports Precinct new pavilion. Consultation continues with clubs and stakeholders on the design layout of the pavilion to ensure a multi-use facility that will service as many clubs and groups as possible. Once there is agreement on the design the architect will complete the plans, get costings and officers will go out to tender for construction.

Council have been presented all Concept Plans completed by Otium Planning after thorough community engagement. These are only concepts with final plans yet to be finalised and endorsed with this dependant on Council endorsement of the Review of the Sport and Recreation Facilities Strategy - scheduled October 2024.
