Update - November 2022

The City of Busselton would like to thank you for your interest and involvement during public advertising of the Dunsborough Precinct Structure Plan and associated Amendment 52 to Local Planning Scheme no. 21 (PSP and Amd 52).

Due to the volume of submissions, the Western Australian Planning Commission has agreed to an extension to the reporting period under Schedule 2 Part 4 cl. 20 (1) (c) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.

As a result, a report on the final adoption of the PSP and Amd 52 will be provided to Council on 21 December 2022.

The agenda for this meeting, which will include a full report, recommendations and schedules of submissions and modifications, will be published on approximately 9 December.
