DP24/0001 - MILLWOOD STRUCTURE PLAN - LOTS 31 & 32 LYDDY ROAD YALYALUP
Pursuant to the Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on the draft Proposed Amendment- Special Provision 23 (Yalyalup Growth Area) Structure Plan (Milwood), Lot 31 (No.15) and Lot 32 Lyddy Road, Yalyalup.
The purpose of the draft Structure Plan is to guide subdivision and development of the land into approximately 213 residential lots.
If you do not have access to the internet, the proposal is available for viewing at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.
Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions close on 17th September 2024. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right-hand side of this page and hard copies have been deposited at the City Offices, Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.
