DP23/0001 - PROVENCE STRUCTURE PLAN ADDENDUM NO. 1 EMBARK ESTATE
Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on the draft Provence Structure Plan Addendum No. 1 Embark Estate – Lots 2 and 9034 Bussell Highway and Lot 9032 Cable Sands Road, Yalyalup.
The purpose of the draft Structure Plan is to guide subdivision and development of the land for residential, retirement living, primary school, community and local centre (retail/commercial) purposes and will facilitate the development of between 800 – 900 residential lots and 300 retirement living lots.
If you do not have access to the internet, the proposal is available for viewing at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.
Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions close on 21st July 2023. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right hand side of this page and hard copies have been deposited at the City Offices, Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.
