DRAFT STRUCTURE PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

DRAFT VASSE VILLAGE PRECINCT STRUCTURE PLAN

Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on a draft Vasse Village Precinct Structure Plan

The draft Vasse Village Precinct Structure Plan has been prepared to guide the development of Stage 2 of the Village. The draft plan seeks to deliver a successful and functioning main street outcome for Coomidup Boulevard; built form typologies that respond to streets and public spaces; and a legible movement network for pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles. The plan also proposes to increase the current shop retail floor space cap by 1,850m2 to 6,500m2 NLA to accommodate the proposed Vasse Bunbury Farmers Market and ancillary speciality land uses.

If you do not have access to the internet, the proposal is available for viewing at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.
