DRAFT STRUCTURE PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

LOT 1150 COMMONAGE ROAD DUNSBOROUGH

Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on a draft Modified Structure Plan (Dunsborough Lakes Structure Plan)

The Draft Structure Plan proposes to modify part of Lot 1150 Commonage Road, Dunsborough to change the land use from ‘Residential R40’ to ‘Residential R30’.

If you do not have access to the internet, the proposal is available for viewing at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.

Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions close on 30th December 2020. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right hand side of this page and hard copies have been deposited at the City Offices, Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.
