STRUCTURE PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

LOT 565 FORESHORE PARADE BUSSELTON

Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on a draft Modified Structure Plan (Dunsborough Lakes Structure Plan)

Proposed modifications to the Busselton Foreshore Structure Plan include allowing consideration of additional land uses within some existing precincts and including a new precinct focused on the former Busselton Tennis Club building.

If you do not have access to the internet, the proposal is available for viewing at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.

Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions close on 27th January 2021. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right hand side of this page and hard copies have been deposited at the City Offices, Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.
