STRUCTURE PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

LOT 565 FORESHORE PARADE BUSSELTON

Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on a draft Structure Plan - Lot 176, 201 & 9000 Rendezvous Road Vasse.

This Local Structure Plan provides a basis for the future subdivision and development of lots 176 (no. 604), 201 (no. 580) and 9000 (no. 578) Rendezvous Road, Vasse. The proposal shows an indicative road and lot layout for the development of 37 lots at a residential density code of R5.

If you do not have access to the internet, the proposal is available for viewing at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.

Please complete the form below to lodge a submission. Submissions close on 6th July 2022. Documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the top right hand side of this page and hard copies have been deposited at the City Offices, Southern Drive, Busselton during office hours.
