PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Grouped Dwelling (14 New Dwellings)
The development consists of the following key elements:
- 14 proposed new dwellings
- Lot sizes (site area per dwelling) ranging from 262m2 to 326m2
- Internal Common Property access ways with footpaths and landscaping
- Paved crossover and bin pad within the Heppingstone Road verge (13m total paved width)
- Removal of all vegetation within the site
