In summary, the application is seeking development approval for the following:

• Three (3) eco-tents for short-stay tourist accommodation (glamping)
• Conversion of one (1) railway carriage to a shared lounge/games room for guests
• Conversion of one (1) railway carriage to an animal petting barn
• Animal petting, not open to the general public
• Above-ground swimming pools for the exclusive use of guests
• Maximum of 12 guests
• One (1) pylon advertisement sign
• Onsite management
• Maximum 2 staff/contractors
• Internal driveways, car parking, and other associated infrastructure
