The City of Busselton has received a Development Application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
PROPERTY: Lot 77 (379) Tom Cullity Drive Wilyabrup
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Use Not Listed - Managers Dwelling (Additions/Alterations)
The proposed ‘Manager’s Residence – Additions/Alterations) development consists of the following elements:
Addition to the existing Manager’s Residence constructed in the 1970’s, the additions / alterations include:
Reconfiguration of internal layout of existing Manager’s Residence;
Addition of three (3) new bedrooms;
Addition of two (2) new bathrooms;
New Laundry; and
New Garage.
The Dwelling will serve as accommodation for the Vineyard Manager and family.
In considering an application for development approval, the local government shall have due regard to the matters to be considered under cl 67 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (Deemed Provisions) and apply the principles of orderly and proper planning.

These documents are also available for inspection at the City Administration Building, Busselton Library and Dunsborough Library computers between the hours 8:30am and 4:30pm.
