The City of Busselton has received a Development Application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: Lot 600 (No 2) Grace Court West Busselton

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Educational Establishment (Additional Classrooms)

The proposal includes the following:

• A 2-storey building comprising of 8 classrooms, resulting in an increase from 33 classrooms to 41 classrooms on site.
• A floor area of 560m² per level.
• A building height of 9m above Natural Ground Level.
• A new pedestrian access point to Waratah Court.
• Removal of 17 trees.

The application will be determined under the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 by the Regional Development Assessment Panel. If you make a submission, you will be advised in writing of the date and time of the meeting when the application will be determination.
