PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Single House (Studio) - Special Control Area

The City is writing to you as a landowner(s) and/or occupier(s) in the vicinity of a proposed Home Business

(Gym) at the above-mentioned property and invite you to make a written submission regarding the proposed

development.

A summary of the key elements of the proposed Home Business is listed provided below:

 The Home Business will be run from a proposed, purpose-built studio at the rear of the lot.

 Maximum 6 clients at any one time.

 Operating Hours:

 Monday to Friday: 6AM – 10:00 AM & 5:15PM - 6:30PM

 Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

 Sunday: Closed

 Staff on-site: 1 instructor.

 Frequency: Up to 3 classes per day on weekdays

Details of the proposal are available under the Application Documents, or they are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and can be accessed via the computers at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.
