The City of Busselton has received a Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: Lot 9566 No Northerly Street Vasse

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Use Not Listed - Display Home Centre

A Development (planning) Application has been received for a Land Sales Office, Carpark and Display Homes Centre.

A Display Home Centre is not a land use listed under Table 1 - The zoning table of the City of Busselton Local Planning Scheme No. 21 and therefore is required to be assessed as a “Used Not Listed” and is required to be advertised in accordance with the Planning and Development Regulations 2015 as a ‘complex’ application.

The application proposes a Display Home Centre, Carpark and the relocation of the existing Land Sales Office from Caretta Street.

The application will be determined under the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 by the Regional Development Assessment Panel. If you make a submission, you will be advised in writing of the date and time of the determination meeting.
