The City of Busselton has received a Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
PROPERTY: Lot 3976 (1271) Caves Road Quindalup
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Hotel and Restaurant/Cafe - Special Control Area
The proposed development consists of the following elements:
Three (3) to Four (4) Storey Hotel Development;
138 rooms, plus an additional 10 hotel suites;
Creation of a new family beach lagoon;
A 25m pool deck, outdoor plunge pool and bar pool;
Retention and refurbishment of the existing restaurant, kitchen extension;
Conference facilities;
Conversion of the existing winery building into a combined wellness centre (gym/yoga, plunge pool, saunas and massage and beauty treatments) and a wine tasting room; and
A total of 163 car parking bays, including 31 existing bays.
The application will be determined under the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011 by the Regional Development Assessment Panel. If you make a submission, you will be advised in writing of the date and time of the determination meeting.
