The City of Busselton has received two applications to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
PROPERTY: Lot 1 (No. 7) Gunyulgup Valley Drive YALLINGUP PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Use Not Listed (Cellar Door Sales) - Special Control Area
A Development (planning) Application has been received to incorporate Cellar Door Sales (wine tasting area) to the Restaurant/Café currently operating at Yallingup Galleries.
Cellar Door Sales is not a land use listed under Table 1 - the zoning table of the City of Busselton Local Planning Scheme No. 21 and therefore is required to be assessed as a ‘Used Not Listed” and
is required to be advertised in accordance with the Planning and Development Regulations 2015 as a ‘complex’ application.
The application proposes a wine tasting area from the servery of the existing Restaurant/Café.
The inclusion of the cellar door sales/wine tasting will be offered to patrons of the Yallingup Galleries.
There will be no increase to the approved number of patrons or the current operating hours of Yallingup Galleries.
Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond. In certain instances, your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.
