Consultation has concluded

The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: 503 PUZEY ROAD WILYABRUP
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: RECEPTION CENTRE

The proposed development will allow for:

  • A maximum of 100 patrons are proposed inclusive of guests accommodated in the approved chalets on the subject site;
  • Up to 52 function events per year are proposed;
  • Function events are proposed to be run only on Friday to Sundays occurring as a single event with preparation on Fridays, functions on Saturdays and clean up on Sundays;
  • Functions are proposed to conclude no later than 11PM;
  • The proposal includes a toilet block building to service the proposed Reception Centre use of the site; and
  • 24 parking bays inclusive of two (2) disabled parking bays, and a bus parking and manoeuvring area are proposed.

Details of the proposal are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.

If you do not have access to the internet or a computer, the proposal is available for viewing and completing a submission on-line at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; or alternatively at the Busselton or Dunsborough Libraries.

Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond. In certain instances your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.
