Consultation has concluded

The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: LOT 131 (133) GALE ROAD METRICUP

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: TAVERN - (CARPARK AND ADDITIONS)

This application is proposing a significant increase to the existing licenced area, an additional 230 car parking spaces and a potential increase in the patron numbers to 600. They are also proposing a kitchen, associated cool room and conversion of part of a warehouse to office as well as a wastewater treatment area amendment and disposal via fertigation.

Please see associated documents listed to the right of the screen.

It would be useful to organise a site meeting with all relevant agencies (DWER, DPIRD, DWER, Dept. of Health, City of Busselton and the proponent) to get a thorough overview of what is being proposed.

Please email me at donal.casey@busselton.wa.gov.au if you are able to attend a site meeting in the coming weeks.
