The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: LOT 400 (HSE 24) DUNN BAY ROAD, DUNSBOROUGH
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT (RESTAURANT/CAFE AND MULTIPLE DWELLINGS)

The City is writing to inform you of the proposal and to invite you to make a comment to City@busselton.wa.gov.au regarding a proposed six-storey mixed use development, which includes :

  • 25 Multiple Dwellings
  • Restaurant/Cafe
  • 38 Carparking bays
  • Rooftop common facilities for residents

Due to the estimated cost of the development being in excess of $10 million the application will be determined by the Development Assessment Panel.
