The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: LOTS 108 & 109 (HSE 57) DUNN BAY ROAD, DUNSBOROUGH

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT (OFFICE, SHOPS, RESTAURANT/CAFÉ, LIQUOR STORE - SMALL EXHIBITION CENTRE, MULTIPLE DWELLINGS)

The proposal comprises a six storey mixed use development which includes :

  • 42 Multiple Dwellings
  • 13 Offices
  • Shops
  • Restaurant/Café
  • Liquor Store (small)
  • Exhibition Centre
  • 176 Carparking Bays
