The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

PROPERTY: LOT 117 GRASSTREE PLACE, YALLINGUP

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: MODIFIED BUILDING ENVELOPE ; SINGLE HOUSE, ANCILLARY ACCOMMODATION, OUTBUILDING; AND RAINWATER TANK (SPECIAL CONTROL AREA)

Details of the proposal are also available for inspection between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City’s Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; and at the Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries.
